The European Medicines Agency approved several vaccines for COVID-19 in late 2020 and early 2021, including mRNA vaccines like Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech) and Spikevax (Moderna), as well as adenovirus-based vaccines like Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) and Ad26.COV2.S (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). There have been reports of myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, following vaccination with mRNA vaccines, especially among young males.

Myocarditis Explained

Myocarditis is a condition where the heart muscle becomes inflamed, noted in some individuals after receiving mRNA vaccines for COVID-19.

Autopsy Study 1:

A study involving 25 individuals who died unexpectedly within 20 days of vaccination showed that four had myocarditis. The autopsies found T-lymphocytic infiltration in the heart muscle, mainly CD4 positive cells, linked to mild heart muscle damage. The cause of death was determined to be acute arrhythmogenic cardiac failure, suggesting that myocarditis could be a potentially lethal side effect of mRNA vaccines, emphasizing the need for prompt diagnosis and treatment.

CD4 cells help coordinate immune responses by releasing cytokines, which activate other immune cells, including T cells that can attack infected cells.

This study is significant as it not only examines organs but also the histopathology (cells and tissues) and chemistry of the body, focusing on individuals who died outside of hospital settings, thus avoiding any contamination from medical procedures.

Histopathology: This involves analyzing not just organs but also cells, tissues, and their chemical composition.

Professor Arne Burkhardt's Study in Reutlingen, Germany: This research looked at cases where families suspected vaccine-related deaths. It found a complex histological picture including vascular damage possibly due to vaccination.
